Not surprising that most poor teams start poorly, and most times we've started poorly, we've been a poor team.

But we also started badly in 1985-6.

I didn't read the whole thing but just that table you've put up about being able to predict we're going to really struggle this season based on what happened in the first 5 games of our previous 10 years.

I imagine Spurs could have had a similar table done last year when they were 16th after 5 games with 6 points. I doubt that it would have predicted they'd end up with their best ever finish in the PL or even close to it.

Yep, I'm staying positive.
